The PHOENIX Head-Office was established in 1991 and is located at Piraeus, one of the largest European and Mediterranean ports. It is housed in owned premises at the port waterfront, overlooking the inner port and situated across the Port of Piraeus Authority Headquarters and the International Exhibition Centre of Piraeus.

This office accommodates any mode of freight and transport and any cargo linking up to European and overseas markets, whether homeward or on cross trade routes. It operates daily cargo collections and deliveries in continental and island Greece, serves transit cargo to the Balkans, has allocated dedicated staff to the International Athens Airport (ATH), maintains consolidation warehouses and operates a container terminal outside the port of Piraeus.

Furthermore, it is engaged in ongoing commercial and sales activities in Europe and in Greece, is fully automated on ERP, MRP and CRM systems and all its operations are ISO-9001:2000 and ISO-14001:2004 certified.
