Amongst PHOENIX’ customers are known global and multinational companies and its clientele grows on continuous enlargement. No customer accounts more than 8% of the turnover. The top 10 customers account for less than 20%, 110 customers account for less than 75%.

Currently, 40% of company traffic accounts for European freight and transport, 35% for overseas container shipping, 20% for overseas airfreight and 5% for cross trading.

The average annual growth ratio for the PHOENIX turnover accounts for 24% in an uninetrrupted sequence of continuous growth between 1991 and 2005, as a result of vertical integration of the customer basis and enlargement of the range of services offerred on customers demand.
